Today, our class had the opportunity to tour Murphy’s Rental Center with investor Dennis Murphy! We learned about the rental side of the business and how they go above and beyond to serve their customers—because great customer service is everything.
Then, we got a behind-the-scenes look at the car wash, even stepping behind the pet wash to see the mechanics in action. It was eye-opening to see how much detail goes into what seems so simple from the outside!
